Frequently asked questions
- Is Bazha free?
- Yes. Creating a wishlist, adding items, and sharing your link are free, up to 3 public wishlists.
- Do guests need an account to reserve a gift?
- No account needed to browse: anyone with your link can look around. Reserving a gift takes a quick, password-free sign-in (email link or Google).
- Can I add items from any website?
- Yes. Paste a link from any site and Bazha usually pulls in the title, image, and price.
- How do I create a wishlist?
- Sign in without a password using email or Google, create a list and add your first wish: paste a link from a store and Bazha usually pulls in the title, photo and price. Then copy the list link and send it in a chat, a story or an invitation.
- How do I avoid getting two identical gifts?
- A guest opens your list and reserves a gift. After that the item shows as taken for everyone else, and they pick something different. That way there are no two identical gifts.
- Can people chip in for an expensive gift?
- Yes. Add the expensive item to the list and say in the chat that it is a group gift. One organiser reserves it, collects the money from the guests and buys it. Bazha does not collect money, and guests agree on the amounts themselves.
- Is there a Bazha app?
- Yes, there is an iPhone app in the App Store. There is no Android version yet. Wishlists also work in the browser, so you can use them from any device.
- What occasions is a wishlist good for?
- Birthdays, housewarmings, St. Nicholas Day and any other event where guests choose a gift. There are dedicated pages with ideas, budgets and sample lists for birthdays, housewarmings, St. Nicholas Day, Christmas and New Year.
