1. The service
Bazha lets you create wishlists and share them publicly. The service is provided “as is”, without warranties. We may change or discontinue features at any time.
2. Your account
You sign in with your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to your inbox secure — anyone who can read your email can sign in as you.
3. Your content
Wishlists and wishes you create remain yours. By publishing a public wishlist you make its content visible to anyone with the link. Do not post content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful. We may remove such content and suspend accounts that abuse the service (including spam or automated scraping).
4. Reservations
Gift reservations are a courtesy mechanism between gift-givers — they are not binding purchases, and Bazha is not a party to any purchase. Wishlist owners may release a reservation at any time.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bazha is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page. Continuing to use Bazha after changes means you accept them.
